Monica tweeted a few pictures from her day with several of her celebrity friends today. She is working on a new project called “Refresh Your Flow” where she interviews other artist for a new segment for The Rickey Smiley Morning Show and The Russ Parr Morning Show.

The segments will air every Thursday morning starting this week. (September 2).
